Kerikeri retailers and cafes are open until at least 3pm
 on Saturdays through the summer.

KERIKERI has a rich history, and is widely known for its successful horticulture, niche food products, fabulous chocolates, boutique vineyards, art galleries, cafes and crafts. Catch The Farmers' Market every Sunday morning with its abundance of fresh local foods, and check the crafts market across the road. Take the Kerikeri Art & Craft Trail or the Vineyard Trail, catch a show at The Centre, our new Arts & Performance Venue. Check out NZ's newest Garden of National Significance at Wharepuke Gardens. Or catch a steamboat ride at the historic Stone Store Basin, chuffing along past NZ's oldest historic buildings. Then perhaps a bush walk to the spectacular waterfalls.
